Refund policy

Qravers orders can be returned within 14 days from the date the order was received. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached and in original packaging where applicable. Free or promotional items must be returned along with the original item when being refunded.

Sale items purchased using a promotional discount code are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in their original condition.

If free shipping was applied to your order, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refunded amount upon return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please send returns via a tracked service and include your name and order number.

Once your return is received, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 working days. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
