We want you to love your Qravers gear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward returns policy.
🔄 Your Rights
As a UK-based business, we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your goods, no questions asked.
📋 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- ✓ Unworn and unwashed - in original condition
- ✓ With original tags still attached
- ✓ In original packaging where applicable
- ✓ Free from odours (perfume, smoke, etc.)
- ✓ Returned within 14 days of delivery
❌ Items We Cannot Accept
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items with tags removed
- Items damaged by misuse
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items with strong odours
💰 Refund Process
Full Refunds
You'll receive a full refund including original shipping costs if:
- Items are faulty or damaged on arrival
- We sent you the wrong item
- Items don't match the description
Standard Refunds
For standard returns (change of mind), you'll receive:
- Full item refund - 100% of product cost
- Original shipping costs are not refunded (unless faulty/wrong item)
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
📦 How to Return Items
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at qravers.hr@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Items you want to return
- Reason for return
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
- Include a note with your order number and return reason
- Ensure all tags are still attached

💡 TIP: We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for returns to ensure safe delivery. Keep your receipt as proof of postage.
Free Shipping Returns (Orders Over £45)
If you received free shipping on your £45+ order:
- Returning all items: Full refund, no shipping charges applied
- Partial returns keeping £45+: Full refund on returned items, remaining items keep free shipping
- Partial returns dropping below £45: We'll deduct £3.99 shipping from your refund to cover the original shipping cost that would have applied to the smaller order
Example: You ordered £60 worth of items (free shipping), but return £20 worth. Your remaining £40 order would normally have cost £3.99 shipping, so we'll refund £16.01 (£20 - £3.99 shipping adjustment).
💳 Refund Timeline
- Processing: 2-3 working days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: 3-5 working days for refund to appear
- Total time: 5-8 working days from when we receive your return
- Refund method: Original payment method only
🔄 Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. For size or colour changes:
- Return your original item following the process above
- Place a new order for your preferred item
- This ensures fastest delivery of your new item
🌍 International Returns
International customers can return items, but please note:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Customs duties/taxes on returns are not refundable
- Use tracked shipping for safe return delivery
- Allow extra time for international return processing
🚨 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:
- Contact us immediately at qravers.hr@gmail.com
- Include photos of the damage/fault
- Full refund or replacement - your choice
- We cover all costs for faulty items
